Abramian Suren Teodorovich(was born in 1910) - chessmaster USSR since 1938, honoured trainer USSR since 1960. Engineer-powerman. Baku,"Neftianik". Best results: Caucasian tournament,1935-3; championship of Tbilisi,1938-1; semifinal of 11 championship of USSR-10; demonstration tournament in Lvov, 1940-5. Many young masters of Azerbaijan grew in chess scool at Pioneer Palace in Baku leaded by Abramian. Referee of All-Union category. The member of presidium of Chess federation of Azerbaijan.
